What exactly is an Ebook?
Put simply, ebooks are electronic books that can be read on a computer
screen or printed out to paper.
Ebooks come in the form of simple programs that you can
download and store on your PC.
Ebooks offer a high level of interactivity not possible
in print editions. This makes ebooks
the perfect medium for 'step by step' guides, 'how to' guides and so on, because you can
immediately connect to additional information or resources at exactly the moment you need
them. For example, Your Step By Step Guide To
Success On The Internet contains
hundreds of links to websites, free software downloads and other relevant ebooks --
directly from the pages of the book itself.
Ebooks can be delivered in an
instant and at no cost (via direct download from the Internet or as an attachment to an
email message).
There are a number of different ebook formats that work
on different types of computers and use different types of 'reading' software.
Almost all the ebooks available on BizzyDays.com are
compatible with Windows PC's only (Win 95 or higher). The only other requirement is that
you have Internet Explorer version 4 or higher installed on your PC.

Do I need any special software?
Some of the ebooks you'll find online require that you download and install
special 'reader' software. This is not the case with the ebooks available here on
BizzyDays.com.
Our ebooks require no special software and
are compatible with Windows 95, 98, NT, ME, 2000 and
XP. The only other requirement is that you have Internet Explorer (version 4 or
higher) installed on your PC.

Do your ebooks work on the Mac?
For the moment the majority of our ebooks are not Mac compatible. This is
something we are working to change. In the case of those ebooks that are
Mac-compatible, this is pointed out on the presentation page for that ebook.

How do I download and read your ebooks?
Click the download link for the ebook in question. This will launch the
Windows 'Save as...' dialog box. Select a folder (directory) on your PC to save the ebook
in (e.g. My Documents). Once the ebook is downloaded, open the folder where you saved the
ebook and double-click the icon to start reading.
If you are downloading an ebook (or ebook customization
package) in ZIP format, you'll need to have a copy of WinZip to open the file. You can
download a free version of WinZip from here.
Once you've downloaded the ZIP file, double-click the icon to open it. Select all the
files in the WinZip window and click 'Extract'. Choose a folder to extract the file(s) to.
Go to that folder on your PC and double-click the icon to open the file(s).

How do I open ZIP files?
If you are downloading an ebook (or ebook customization package) in ZIP format,
you'll need to have a copy of WinZip to open the file. You can download a free version of
WinZip from here. Once you've
downloaded the ZIP file, double-click the icon to open it. Select all the files in the
WinZip window and click 'Extract'. Choose a folder to extract the file(s) to. Go to that
folder on your PC and double-click the icon to open the file.

I downloaded an ebook but I get an error message when I try to open it.
The first thing to be aware of is that our ebooks are compatible with Windows 95, 98, NT, ME,
2000 and XP (with MS Internet Explorer 4 or higher). If your computer doesn't meet these
requirements, then that's most likely the cause of the problem.
Another common problem is that some
'interference' or interruption during the download can cause an ebook file to become
corrupted. The only way to solve this problem is to download the ebook again.
If the ebook appears to download instantly
-- or in just a few seconds -- this is because Windows is calling upon the previously
downloaded version which is stored in your 'Temporary Internet Files'. To ensure that
you're getting a 'fresh' download, go to C:\Windows\Temporary Internet Files and
delete the previously downloaded version that's stored in that folder. If you're still
experiencing difficulties, you may need to reboot your PC and try downloading again.
If none of this helps solve the problem,
please contact us and we'll send you
a copy of the ebook directly by email. You must be able to accept attached email files to
use this option. If you can't accept attached email files, contact us anyway, and we'll
work with you to find a solution.

What kind of payment methods do you
accept?
We accept secure online payment with all the following credit-cards:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Eurocard,
Visa-Debit, MasterCard-Debit, and Novus.
We also accept Electronic Check payments from our US
customers. To pay with Electronic Check, simply click the order link on the sales page and
then select the option 'No Credit Card? Click here to pay by online check'.

Is it safe to order with credit-card on BizzyDays.com?
Yes. We use ClickBank
(a highly respected third-party billing processor) to handle all credit-card payments.
ClickBank has extensive anti-fraud measures in place that guarantee the complete security
of every transaction.

Can I order from anywhere in the world?
Yes. We use ClickBank
to accept credit-card payment from Internet users worldwide. You can download the ebook(s)
from anywhere. Please note, however, electronic check payments are currently only
available to our US customers.

How do I claim my refund if I'm not satisfied?
To claim your full 100% refund, simply contact us, within the
time-frame of the guranatee, asking for the refund and including your name, e-mail address
and order number.
If you don't have the order number anymore,
just send us a message containing your name, address, e-mail address and the approximate
date when you ordered the ebook in question. We'll get working on having your money repaid
in full to your credit-card account right away. Please allow up to 10 business days for
the money to arrive back on your account.
You're not obliged to tell us why you want
a refund, but your comments and criticisms are always welcome.

Do I have to give an ebook back if I claim a refund?
No. You are free to keep the book with our compliments. We're able to offer this level of
guarantee because the vast majority of our customers are honest people who will not seek a
refund if they are happy with their purchase.

How are ebooks delivered?
Once your secure payment has been authorized (which typically takes a few
seconds), you'll be re-directed to a private web page where your ebook will be ready for
immediate download.
To begin downloading, simply click
the download link(s). Once the download has finished, simply go to the folder where you
saved it, and double-click the icon to open the book.

How long does it take to download an ebook?
The speed of the download depends largely on the size of the ebook in question
and the speed of your Internet connection. Typically, the download should take between 1
and 6 minutes.

Do you have after-sales support?
Yes. If you have any difficulty at all downloading or using our ebooks, simply contact us and we'll gladly help you out. In the event that you
discover that the ebook is not compatible with your computer system, we'll issue you with
a full refund.
